Choir thankful for spring concert support
Mission Valley Choral Society is thankful for attendance and financial support for our spring concerts on April 18 and 19.
Donations and grants allow the choir to buy music, pay stipends to the director and accompanist as well as to musicians to enhance the musical experience, pay venue expenses and transportation for outreach to our rural communities.
On Saturday at the Mission Church in St. Ignatius audience donations totaled $559. On Sunday audience donations of $725 will go to Helping Hands of Mission Valley.
Donations to the choir from members totaled $1,040.00. Much of this was in the form of large donations from three of our board members. If you missed making a choir donation send to Susan Raub, #6 2nd Street East, Polson, 59860.
The board thanks everyone for their commitment of time, energy and financial support to maintain a healthy — and fun — group.
